Klargester HillMaster Sewage Pumping Station

Klargester’s HillMaster range offers a competitive answer to the pumping requirements demanded by domestic and industrial applications. The HillMaster range has been developed to meet the demands of Building Regulations Document H1 Foul Drainage. These regulations acknowledge the requirement for pumping stations to offer a 24 hour storage capacity in the event of any disruption of service, e.g. power failure.

There are of course compelling reasons to keep civil engineering work and installation costs to a minimum but we feel strongly that such economical measures should not mean a resulting quality shortfall.

Klargester HillMaster units are engineered with the highest quality parts and fittings and offer the following key features:

• High-level alarm as standard (optional as marked)
• Various invert depths
• Internal lifting chains and guiderails** (as specified)
• Wide range of pump options including macerators/solids handling/vortex
• Pumping distances of up to 1000 metres.
• Range of chamber capacity of up to 90000 litres
• Pedestrian/vehicle covers

These 1m diameter units are built with hardwearing polyethylene using advanced rotational-moulding technology, whereas the larger 1.25, 1.8 and 2.6m diameter units are made from tough, maintenance-free glass reinforced plastic (GRP).
